  Ingredients
 
     
Cranberry Chutney
    100g fresh cranberries
    100g fresh coriander
    2 tbls desiccated coconut
    1 tbls channa dal (dry split chickpeas)
    3 fresh green chillies, more if you like it hot!
    1 tsp fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp oil

Method
1.
Place the oil in a small pan and roast the channa dal until it is golden brown.
  Leave to cool.
2. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz for a minute, stir and whizz
  again for another minute.
3. Serve with your favourite savoury dish.
