  Ingredients
 
     
Mint Chutney
    1/2 bunch fresh mint
    1/2 bunch fresh coriander
    3 green chillies
    2 garlic cloves
    4 tbls lemon juice
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1 red onion, roughly chopped
    2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar

Method
1.
Wash and roughly chop the mint and coriander, discard any woody stems.
2. Next place everything in a blender and whisk to a semi-smooth
  consistency.
3. Chill and serve with samosas, pakoras, etc.
