Method |

Wash,
wipe and peel the mangoes. Cut them into 1" cubes,
cover with sugar |

and
set aside for 1 hour. |

In
a pan mix together everything except the raisins, place the
pan over a |
|
medium
heat. Cover and cook until the raw mango cubes are tender. |

Add
the raisins and simmer for 5 minutes. |
4. |
Cool
and store in dry bottles. Keep refrigerated. |
