         Replace 
          the burger with half a fillet of fish. Yum yum!!!!

| Ingredients |

    ||
| 4 Large fillets of fish. | |||
| (Use any firm fish). | |||
| 2 tbls Coriander powder | |||
| 3 tbls. Vegetable Oil | |||
| 1 tbls. Red Chilli Powder | |||
| 1 tbls. Garlic(paste) | |||
| 2 tbsps. Lime juice | |||
| Salt to taste | |||

| Method | ||

         1. 
       | 
      Clean and wash the fish, place in a large bowl with all the other ingredients. | |
| Place in the fridge and marinate for between 2-6 hours. | ||

      Pre heat oven to 200C, place the fish in a baking tray | |
| and pour of any marinate left in the bowl. | ||

         | 
      Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 25 mins. | |

         3. 
       | 
      Remove the foil and baste the fish, place back in the oven uncovered | |
| and cook for 5-10 mins until brown on top. | ||

         4. 
       | 
      Serve with a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil. | |
