This is a great dish when having a barbeque, also
 
great as an alternative to a burger in a bun.
 
Replace the burger with half a fillet of fish. Yum yum!!!!
   

 
Ingredients
 
   
  4 Large fillets of fish.
  (Use any firm fish).
  2 tbls Coriander powder
  3 tbls. Vegetable Oil
  1 tbls. Red Chilli Powder
  1 tbls. Garlic(paste)
  2 tbsps. Lime juice
  Salt to taste

Method
1.
Clean and wash the fish, place in a large bowl with all the other ingredients.
Place in the fridge and marinate for between 2-6 hours.
2.
Pre heat oven to 200C, place the fish in a baking tray
and pour of any marinate left in the bowl.
 
Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
3.
Remove the foil and baste the fish, place back in the oven uncovered
and cook for 5-10 mins until brown on top.
4.
Serve with a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil.
