is a great dish when having a barbeque, also

great
as an alternative to a burger in a bun.

Replace
the burger with half a fillet of fish. Yum yum!!!!

Ingredients | |||
4 Large fillets of fish. | |||
(Use any firm fish). | |||
2 tbls Coriander powder | |||
3 tbls. Vegetable Oil | |||
1 tbls. Red Chilli Powder | |||
1 tbls. Garlic(paste) | |||
2 tbsps. Lime juice | |||
Salt to taste | |||

Method | ||

Clean and wash the fish, place in a large bowl with all the other ingredients. | |
Place in the fridge and marinate for between 2-6 hours. | ||

Pre heat oven to 200C, place the fish in a baking tray | |
and pour of any marinate left in the bowl. | ||
|
Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 25 mins. | |

Remove the foil and baste the fish, place back in the oven uncovered | |
and cook for 5-10 mins until brown on top. | ||
4.

Serve with a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil. |
