  500 gms minced lamb or mutton    
  6 medium potatoes  
Kheema Patties
  2 onion 
  3 tbls dry coconut grated  
  1 tomato 
  2 green chillies 
  2 tbls Fresh coriander  
  2 tsp garam masala  
    1 tsp cumin seeds  
    1 tsp coriander seeds 
    1 tsp fennel seeds    
    2 tsp Fresh ginger   200mls Water
  2 tsp Fresh garlic 1 tsp turmeric
  2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbls oil
  2 eggs, beaten  1 tbls corn flour 
  bread crumbs.

Slice the onions very finely.
Roast half the onion, coriander and fennel seeds in a little oil.
Dry roast coconut.
Grind the roasted onion and coconut along with the chillies, fresh coriander,
garlic, ginger and tomato.
This can be done a blender or food processor.
Make sure that you have a smooth paste.
Next heat oil in a pan and sauté the remaining onion until golden brown.
Then add the mince, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and the water.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Skim the surface during the cooking time.
When the water have complete gone add the masala paste.
Mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
