Ingredients | |||
500 gms minced lamb or mutton | |||
6 medium potatoes | |||
2 onion | |||
3 tbls dry coconut grated | |||
1 tomato | |||
2 green chillies | |||
2 tbls Fresh coriander | |||
2 tsp garam masala | |||
1 tsp cumin seeds | |||
1 tsp coriander seeds | |||
1 tsp fennel seeds | |||
2 tsp Fresh ginger | 200mls Water | ||
2 tsp Fresh garlic | 1 tsp turmeric | ||
2 tsp red chilli powder | 2 tbls oil | ||
2 eggs, beaten | 1 tbls corn flour | ||
bread crumbs. | |||

Method | ||
1.

Slice the onions very finely. | |

Roast half the onion, coriander and fennel seeds in a little oil. | |

Dry roast coconut. | |

Grind the roasted onion and coconut along with the chillies, fresh coriander, | |
garlic, ginger and tomato. | ||

This can be done a blender or food processor. | |
Make sure that you have a smooth paste. | ||

Next heat oil in a pan and sauté the remaining onion until golden brown. | |

Then add the mince, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and the water. | |
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. | ||
Skim the surface during the cooking time. | ||

When the water have complete gone add the masala paste. | |
Mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
