| Ingredients | |||
| 500 gms minced lamb or mutton | |||
| 6 medium potatoes |

| 2 onion | |||
| 3 tbls dry coconut grated | |||
| 1 tomato | |||
| 2 green chillies | |||
| 2 tbls Fresh coriander | |||
| 2 tsp garam masala | |||
| 1 tsp cumin seeds | |||
| 1 tsp coriander seeds | |||
| 1 tsp fennel seeds | |||
| 2 tsp Fresh ginger | 200mls Water | ||
| 2 tsp Fresh garlic | 1 tsp turmeric | ||
| 2 tsp red chilli powder | 2 tbls oil | ||
| 2 eggs, beaten | 1 tbls corn flour | ||
| bread crumbs. | |||

| Method | ||

1.

Slice the onions very finely. | |

Roast half the onion, coriander and fennel seeds in a little oil. | |
|

Dry roast coconut. | |
|
4.

Grind the roasted onion and coconut along with the chillies, fresh coriander, | |
| garlic, ginger and tomato. | ||
|
|
This can be done a blender or food processor. | |
| Make sure that you have a smooth paste. | ||
|

Next heat oil in a pan and sauté the remaining onion until golden brown. | |
|

Then add the mince, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and the water. | |
| Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. | ||
| Skim the surface during the cooking time. | ||
|

When the water have complete gone add the masala paste. | |
| Mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. | ||
