These pakoras maybe fattening, but they are so morish!
 
 

Ingredients
   
Cauliflower Pakoras
  500g Cauliflower
  250g Gram flour
  1tsp Fresh ginger, crushed
  1tsp Fresh green chillies, crushed
  ½ tsp Garm masala
  ¼ tsp Turmeric
  Salt
  Water

Method
1.
Cut the cauliflower into florets, cut any large florets into bit size pieces.
Par boil the florets and let them go cold.
2.
In a large bowl make a batter of the gram flour and water, using just
enough water to give you a medium thick batter.
3.
Add to the batter the ginger, chilli, garm masala, turmeric and salt,
mix everything well.
4.
Heat oil for deep frying, dip each floret into the batter and fry until golden brown.
Make sure that you stir the batter between each batch so that all the spices
  remain well mixed and don't sink to the bottom.
   
Tip - If you have any batter left, slice an onion into thick rings.
Dip into the batter and deep fry. Yummy!!
