| Ingredients | |||

| 500g Cauliflower | |||
| 250g Gram flour | |||
| 1tsp Fresh ginger, crushed | |||
| 1tsp Fresh green chillies, crushed | |||
| ½ tsp Garm masala | |||
| ¼ tsp Turmeric | |||
| Salt | |||
| Water | |||

| Method | ||

1.

Cut the cauliflower into florets, cut any large florets into bit size pieces. | |
| Par boil the florets and let them go cold. | ||
|

In a large bowl make a batter of the gram flour and water, using just | |
| enough water to give you a medium thick batter. | ||
|

Add to the batter the ginger, chilli, garm masala, turmeric and salt, | |
| mix everything well. | ||
|

Heat oil for deep frying, dip each floret into the batter and fry until golden brown. | |
| Make sure that you stir the batter between each batch so that all the spices | ||
| remain well mixed and don't sink to the bottom. | ||
| Tip - If you have any batter left, slice an onion into thick rings. | ||
| Dip into the batter and deep fry. Yummy!! | ||
