    250g button mushrooms, halved  
    1 large onion, chopped
Malai Mushroom Curry
    1 tbls tomato puree
    1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp chilli powder
    1/2 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    3 tbls double cream
    2 tbls vegetable oil
fresh coriander to garnish

1. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat, once the oil is hot, add the onions,
  garlic and ginger.  Cook until the onions are a light golden brown.
2. Next add tomato puree, water and all the spices.  Mix well and cook for 3
3. Then add the mushrooms and cook covered for 3 minutes.
4. Uncover the pan and add cream, mix everything well and cook until the sauce
  is nice and thick.
5. Remove from the heat and garnish with some chopped coriander.
