near you or one that suits your needs? Have you been put off for various
reasons? |
|
|
Well this is where I can help! I would like to help you
achieve whatever level of Indian cooking skills you would like to reach. |
|
|
People learn
in different ways and that is why I have put together 3 types
of course to suit individuals’ needs. Through the courses
I want to show people that cooking Indian food first and foremost
is FUN! It is easy even though there is the myth that it is difficult,
Indian cooking is the ultimate definition of practice makes perfect.
You don’t need to buy a lot of ingredients to start cooking
Indian food, and you can buy most of the spices and other products
from your local supermarket. |

Group
course |
|
|
|
Throughout the
year I will be holding one-day courses around the country, these will
be held in hotels, town hall, colleges and your
local football culb. The aim of these courses is to make them accessible
and to maximise the time available – a lot of people do not have
the time to travel very far. Also a key element is to keep the cost of
the course low. |
|
|
The size of the group will be around 20 to 25 people. The
general running for the day will be a demonstration by me of various
recipes, explaining the ingredients and cooking methods. It will be a
fully interactive course as I love talking especially about Indian food,
and I would like everybody to ask as many questions as possible. My aim
is that everybody leaves feeling confident to have a go at home. |
|
Home course |
|
|
|
Would you and a group of your friends like to learn to
cook Indian food in the comfort of your own home? Then this is the course
for you. With this course I come to your home to demonstrate recipes
and dispel the myths of Indian cooking. A fun and interactive way of
ending your one day course is with a dinner party eating the food that
you and your friends have helped cook. |
|
One to One |
|
|
|
A full day one
on one course, you will have me all to yourself for the day. The course
will be tailored to your requirements, and all
the recipes cooked will be documented and left with you. This course
offers you the opportunity to start from the basics and work your way
up – this is for the curryholics. I will research the area where
you live, so that I can advise you on where you can buy all the ingredients
and products used in Indian cooking. |
